Success in reach
Success in Reach, Inc. (SIR) is an intervention/prevention program that focuses on fostering mental wellness, through mental health education, support, and community resources. The program endeavors to provide mental health access to low-income communities, equipping individuals with the appropriate education and tools to attain mental wellness.

Success in Reach, Inc. intervention/prevention program provides access to mental health services, education, psychotherapy, and community resources to low-income African Americans and other minorities. The program also provides case management/resources through culturally competent professionals and community partnerships.

Once funded, the second phase of the SIR program will include providing three to six psychotherapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families that are uninsured or unable to afford therapy sessions. We will also provide short-term case management to clients receiving therapy. Additionally, crisis vouchers will be available to assist families deemed in crisis or needing resources to assist with living essentials.
Our hope is that the SIR program will assist in bridging the gap by providing a holistic approach to mental health care. We also hope to reduce resistance and stigmas associated with mental health services by providing mental health education awareness, support, and community resources.
